At ** Air Conditioning LLC, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts in Kuwait. This pivotal role requires a dedicated professional who can achieve assigned sales targets, develop new markets, and enhance client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve annual sales quotas set by the Sales Director.
  • Support distributors in meeting their assigned sales targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to the Sales Director.
  • Develop new markets and opportunities to enhance sales performance.
  • Lead consulting coverage, organize seminars, and arrange factory visits.
  • Manage and guide assigned Application Engineers.
  • Share constant feedback with management on market trends, product needs, and pricing.
  • Perform other sales-related activities as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC/Air Conditioning industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Proven ability to manage distributors and develop new markets.
  • Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in pharmaceuticals or nutrition companies.
