Join Our Team as a Cost Engineer!
We are actively seeking an experienced Cost Engineer to support oil & gas projects at Eram Talent. This role is vital for maintaining financial control throughout project execution across various phases including cost estimating, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates for feasibility, FEED, and EPC phases.
Develop and manage project cost budgets and forecasts.
Monitor cost performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Support contract evaluations, bid analysis, and change management.
Prepare cost reports, cash flow projections, and KPIs.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of cost engineering experience in upstream and/or downstream projects.
Strong knowledge of estimating methods, cost control tools, and project management concepts.
Proficiency in Excel and cost management software (*, SAP, Primavera, AACE practices).
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

تحليل الميزانيات التقديرية ومقارنة التكلفة الفعلية مع المخططة.
المشاركة في تحليل عروض الأسعار والمناقصات واقتراح الأسعار المثلى.
إعداد تقارير دقيقة توضح نسبة الإنجاز، التكاليف المتبقية، والأرباح المرحلية.
