Pasqal is at the forefront of quantum computing technology, designing and developing innovative quantum computing units (QPUs) that are not only powerful but energy efficient as well. We're currently looking for a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Commission and update QPUs on-site, ensuring efficient operation and performance.
• Analyze and resolve customer complaints effectively, maintaining high service standards.
• Conduct diagnostics and coordinate necessary repairs during breakdowns.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance maintenance processes.
• Document maintenance activities for traceability and continuous improvement.

About You:
Required skills include:

• Technical background or engineering degree with experience in complex machinery maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Fluency in French and English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Logistics:
Training will take place in Massy, France, prior to deployment in Saudi Arabia. Pasqal will cover accommodation and travel expenses. As a ***, eligibility criteria must be met, including age and educational qualifications.
