About Swan Properties and the Role

Swan Properties is seeking a Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in real estate marketing.

Role Overview

The Real Estate Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen the Swan Properties brand, support sales objectives, generate qualified leads, and effectively position the company's projects within the market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns specifically for real estate projects.
Create and coordinate compelling marketing and promotional content across various platforms.
Manage digital marketing campaigns and social media activities to enhance online presence and engagement.
Collaborate closely with internal sales and design teams, as well as external marketing agencies.
Prepare professional presentations, brochures, project profiles, and other essential marketing collateral.
Monitor campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates to optimize strategies.
Conduct thorough market, competitor, and customer behavior analysis to inform marketing decisions.
Support project launches, participate in real estate exhibitions, and coordinate promotional events.
Strengthen and maintain the brand positioning of Swan Properties in the market.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, campaign management, and content development strategies.
Excellent communication, professional writing, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of the Saudi real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
