A full-time opportunity is available for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join a rapidly expanding private healthcare group in Saudi Arabia. Role Scope and Impact

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for housekeeping and environmental services across multiple healthcare facilities in Riyadh. This position involves leading teams to ensure consistent standards across patient, clinical, public, and administrative areas. It is an operational leadership role that contributes to shaping housekeeping standards across a growing healthcare network and supports the successful opening of new facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site housekeeping operations across hospitals in Riyadh, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and patient experience.
• Manage and develop Housekeeping Supervisors and teams, including workforce planning, scheduling, and performance management.
• Establish and maintain housekeeping, infection prevention, and QHSE standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee cleaning protocols, linen services, equipment, and supplies, while managing external housekeeping contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement through inspections, audits, KPIs, and corrective action plans.
• Support the opening and mobilization of new hospitals, ensuring housekeeping services are fully operational and standards are embedded from day one.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Candidates should possess strong housekeeping leadership experience. The role requires a willingness and ability to travel between healthcare facilities across Riyadh as needed.
