About the Opportunity

Peoplefocus HR is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager for a full-time position with one of our international clients. This role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading marketing initiatives across the Saudi Arabian market.

Role Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sustainable brand growth within Saudi Arabia. This position requires leading cross-functional initiatives, from generating consumer insights to product commercialization, as part of an international marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
• Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead new product development processes by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively while ensuring maximum return on investment.
• Monitor brand P&L performance and identify actions to improve profitability.
• Define pricing strategies for international markets based on profitability targets and competitive dynamics.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret brand performance reports, translating insights into actionable business plans.
• Plan and manage ATL & BTL marketing activities in collaboration with external agencies, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Build strong relationships with international distributors, conduct business reviews, and identify market needs.
• Develop and oversee media strategies, ensuring campaigns are optimized and deliver expected results.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in marketing management, with a strong background in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives within an international framework.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working as part of an international marketing team for our client.
