About the Role

Darb Station is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Manager to lead and oversee the operations of multiple fuel stations within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving operational excellence, achieving business and financial objectives, and enhancing the overall customer experience across the assigned stations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational and financial performance of fuel stations across the assigned region.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead regional initiatives related to process improvement, digital transformation, and business development.
• Manage and develop station managers and operational teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, HSE standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners.

Customer Experience and Service Excellence

• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to improve service quality.
• Ensure effective management and resolution of customer feedback and complaints.
• Develop regional action plans to enhance customer experience.

Financial and Operational Oversight

• Monitor regional sales performance, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Analyze performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure effective cost control and accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure fuel availability and operational readiness across all stations.
• Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and support functions to ensure business continuity.
• Monitor station requirements and maintain appropriate operational standards.

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

• Prepare and review regional operational and financial reports.
• Track KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Identify improvement opportunities based on data analysis and market trends.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in a regional management or similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
• Proven track record in managing teams and overseeing multi-site operations.
