IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive for an InterContinental property located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to driving room occupancy, securing event bookings, and enhancing brand awareness for the hotel. Core Responsibilities

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for a range of duties encompassing sales, marketing, and client relations. This includes proactive client engagement, strategic promotional activities, and maintaining strong market relationships to achieve business objectives and support the hotel's commercial goals.

Sales and Lead Generation

• Identify and acquire new corporate accounts, travel agencies, and group booking leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, prepare and send proposals, and finalize contracts.
• Organize and host property tours and site inspections for prospective clients.

Marketing and Promotions

• Manage social media channels and ensure local hotel listings are updated.
• Develop and plan promotional packages for off-peak seasons or holidays.
• Create marketing collateral, including flyers and email campaign content.

Client and Market Relations

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing accounts to foster repeat business.
• Monitor competitor pricing strategies, occupancy trends, and local events.
• Liaise with the front desk, reservations, and banquets teams to address guest needs and ensure service delivery.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality sector. The role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and market analysis, along with strong communication skills.
