At ** Air Conditioning LLC, we are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts in Kuwait. This pivotal role requires a dedicated professional who can achieve assigned sales targets, develop new markets, and enhance client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales quotas set by the Sales Director.
- Support distributors in meeting their assigned sales targets.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to the Sales Director.
- Develop new markets and opportunities to enhance sales performance.
- Lead consulting coverage, organize seminars, and arrange factory visits.
- Manage and guide assigned Application Engineers.
- Share constant feedback with management on market trends, product needs, and pricing.
- Perform other sales-related activities as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC/Air Conditioning industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Proven ability to manage distributors and develop new markets.
- Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
