Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of maintenance plans and generate regular progress reports.

Provide support and recommendations for engineering modifications to increase the serviceability of electrical systems.

Qualifications Required:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance, preferable with a high school diploma or 8 years with a diploma.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge in preventive and predictive maintenance principles.

At KBR, we are looking for skilled Electrical Supervisors to support our maintenance project at Satorp, Jubail, Saudi Arabia. If you are passionate about ensuring electrical assets are reliable and operational, this opportunity is for you!

Role Overview:
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, supervising, and coordinating the activities of maintenance technicians. Your focus will be on adhering to the preventive maintenance plan while efficiently developing breakdown maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, and facilities. You will coordinate with area supervisors to execute monthly and weekly maintenance plans, and submit progress reports regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite maintenance and repairs on a variety of electrical systems including generators, transformers, and motors.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, standards, and manufacturer recommendations.
Lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring best practices are applied in all activities.

Experience & Qualifications:

8 to 10 years of experience in the maintenance of Oil & Gas or Refinery industries.
Strong technical understanding of maintenance management.
A diploma in Electrical Engineering or a high school diploma with extensive experience.
