About the Administrative Secretary Role
Al Fares Holding Company is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Secretary to join its team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is essential for supporting the smooth operation of our accounting firm, providing critical administrative assistance to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Role Purpose and Contribution
The Administrative Secretary serves as a key member of the administrative team, offering vital support that underpins daily office functions. This role involves more than routine tasks; it requires contributing to a dynamic environment where strong organizational skills directly impact team productivity and operational effectiveness within the accounting industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily schedules for the senior management team, coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents and enhance office organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, utilizing software tools to create informative materials for meetings and client interactions.
- Support the accounting team by coordinating necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure materials are readily available for staff use.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, while adhering to budget guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
