Role Overview

The Senior Consultant Accounts Executive collaborates with sales teams and buyers to establish and manage new or expanded performance guarantees. This role involves overseeing resources for smaller projects and monitoring client activities to ensure adherence to contractual obligations for portfolios valued up to $30 million in active guarantees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new or expanded performance guarantees in collaboration with sales teams and buyers.
• Oversee the work of assigned resources for small projects.
• Monitor and report on client activity to ensure consistency with contractual obligations for portfolios up to $30M in active guarantees.
• Set operational objectives and deliver results that significantly impact achievement within the job area or wider operational context.
• Explain facts, practices, and policies to both internal and external parties.
• Use influence to convince internal and external parties to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
• Adapt or enhance quality and value in existing methods as part of day-to-day activities.
• Address vaguely defined problems requiring understanding and consideration of other job areas.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong background in accounts management and performance guarantees.

Role Context and Scope

This is an individual contributor role without direct responsibility for leading other personnel. The application of knowledge for this position is domestic, primarily limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar cultural contexts.
