About the Role

The Senior Sales Executive – Interior Fit-outs is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base for interior fit-out projects. The Senior Sales Executive will work closely with design and project teams to ensure alignment of client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new leads for interior fit-out projects.
Manage the sales pipeline and track market trends.
Prepare proposals and quotations for clients.
Conduct client presentations and site visits.
Collaborate with design and project teams to align client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure accurate project scoping and competitive pricing.
Negotiate contracts with clients.
Maintain strong client relationships and resolve client concerns.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Proactively follow up on ongoing projects.
Represent the studio at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the interior fit-out industry.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand client bases.
Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and conducting client presentations.
