Role Context and Objectives

The Spa Therapist will operate with a clear understanding of Kempinski's core values, vision, and goals, specifically as they relate to Kempinski The Spa. The primary objective is to ensure clients receive requested treatments and follow-up recommendations in accordance with the spa's standard operating procedures and policies, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide spa treatments adhering to the Kempinski The Spa treatment menu, standards, and outlined protocols.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the process, benefits, and outcomes of all treatments and products offered.
• Assess guest health and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Deliver personalized and attentive service to spa guests.
• Thoughtfully upsell and recommend treatments, retail products, and homecare solutions.
• Commence and conclude treatments punctually.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints effectively.
• Ensure guest comfort and foster a welcoming environment.
• Complete guest journey handovers as per documented standards, following up on treatment experiences and addressing any discrepancies.
• Maintain the setup, hygiene, and cleanliness of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Uphold complete discretion and confidentiality in all guest communications.
• Undertake responsibilities of other spa positions as required.
• Report all accidents and guest incidents to the Spa Manager promptly and professionally.
