The Marketing Specialist will conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, manage customer service, and support sales activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and implementing annual marketing plans aligned with the company's goals.
- Developing and analyzing digital advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Managing social media content and crafting creative posts.
- Overseeing promotional material design (brochures, presentations, videos).
- Coordinating with sales teams to unify marketing messages and achieve growth objectives.
- Compiling periodic reports on marketing activity performance and measuring ROI.
- Monitoring market trends and competitors, providing continuous development recommendations.
- Participating in local and international agricultural exhibitions and events related to dates and food products.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least two years of marketing experience (preferably in the food or industrial sector).
- Strong communication, analytical, and innovative skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and design programs (Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics).
