Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through quality service.
- Provide accurate and real-time reporting of work performed.
- Ensure equipment safety and performance while identifying site risks.
- Carry out maintenance checks, respond to call-outs, and perform service operations in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- ITI/Vocational Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Automation.
- Minimum 5 years of Preventive Maintenance experience with a reputable elevator company.
- Good communication skills in English and familiarity with IT skills are preferred.
