• Attracting new projects in the contracting field

• Building long-term relationships with:

             o Project owners

             o Engineering offices

             o Real estate developers

• Marketing the company's services and introducing its work

• Following up with clients from the proposal stage to contract signing

• Coordinating with management and technical teams

• Professionally representing the company in meetings and sites

• Experience in sales or public relations in the contracting sector

• Knowledge of the basics of the contracting sector

• Possession of a driving license 

• A strong, eloquent personality with the ability to persuade

• The ability to bring actual projects (a prerequisite)

• Negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Seriousness, commitment, and ability to handle work pressure
