We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to be a part of our team in KSA. In this role, you will oversee all hiring needs for our KSA office, ensuring that recruitment processes are timely, efficient, and compliant with Saudi labor regulations and our company standards.

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to be a part of our team in KSA. In this role, you will oversee all hiring needs for our KSA office, ensuring that recruitment processes are timely, efficient, and compliant with Saudi labor regulations and our company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through online channels, job fairs, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate evaluations with hiring managers.
- Manage the offer process and negotiate salary packages.
- Maintain records of all recruitment activities and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer in a contracting company.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
