We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our Reservations Department at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar. Your role will involve assisting the Reservation Manager in efficiently managing the department while ensuring exceptional customer service aligned with Hyatt’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Reservation Manager in controlling room inventory to maximize yield.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and other relevant departments.
• Deliver exemplary customer service and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. The ideal applicant should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in Reservations or Front Office, or as a Team Leader in a larger operation. Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
