Key Responsibilities:
- Report punctually in the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Provide a courteous and efficient service at all times.
- Be knowledgeable of all hotel services and products.
- Perform upselling of food and beverage items and offer alternatives.
- Monitor supplies and reduce waste effectively.
- Keep the workplace clean and organized.
- Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Understand and adhere to hotel policies on fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Assist in inventory management and perform other assigned tasks.
