Role Summary

The Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales processes efficiently, and ensuring the optimal operation and organization of the showroom. This full-time position is crucial for enhancing the customer experience and achieving sales objectives within the Dammam location.

Customer Engagement and Showroom Operations

• Provide a professional reception to customers within the showrooms and maintain a high level of service, meeting their needs.
• Follow up with customers from their entry into the showroom, introducing them to the company’s products, until securing their orders.
• Calculate the quantities customers need and assist them in coordinating required colors and products according to their preferences.
• Coordinate with all showroom personnel, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure smooth invoicing and proper goods delivery.
• Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness at all times.
• Ensure that all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues, are readily available.
• Handle all customer complaints professionally and strive to solve them, reporting them to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.

Sales Performance and Inventory Management

• Achieve the sales target as per the established sales plan.
• Accept customers' online requests and update the E-commerce platform accordingly, considering required items and stock levels.
• Ensure a good stock of all items, especially well-moving ones, to serve customers, by applying the policy to make orders from warehouses according to minimum and maximum levels for each item.
• Adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to avoid dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure the arrangement of goods in warehouses as per the guideline of warehouse policy and procedure to maintain accurate stock and avoid discrepancies during periodic inventory operations checks.

Reporting and Compliance

• Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required.
• Adhere to depositing any sales cash amount on a daily basis to the company’s account.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports about competitors' activities and promotions.
• Commit to accomplishing and achieving management goals and implementing the required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports of achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Provide helpful ideas and suggestions to develop the sales process and value.
• Execute activities related to the function using safe and environmental methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor/manager.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement within the showroom environment, focusing on direct customer interaction and operational efficiency.
