Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Executive at Dana Rayhaan by Rotana!

As a key player in the Marketing & Communication Team, you will be pivotal in organizing events and securing sponsorships to enhance our hotel's revenue and visibility. You will deliver exceptional customer service and creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and implementing an effective filing and administrative system for all sponsorship and event organization matters.
• Identify and maintain a database of potential sponsors for events.
• Negotiate and finalize advantageous arrangements with sponsors.
• Engage with sponsors and clients to foster relationships.
• Formulate correspondence related to sponsorship proposals and negotiations.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure branding for sponsors is executed as per contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with media and press to maximize event coverage.
• Host media members, strategic partners, and top clients at hotel events.
• Assist in producing promotional materials and gathering supporting data.
• Document events through photography for internal functions and VIP engagements.

Qualifications:
You should be a graduate in advertising, marketing or communications with preferably some experience in the field. Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills in English, with a preference for Arabic as well.
