Join Our Team as a Master Barista at Kempinski Hotels!
As a Master Barista, you will play a vital role in our Food & Beverage team, located in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Your expertise will contribute to creating memorable coffee experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve the perfect cup of coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, and other coffee drinks.
Ensure high-quality coffee preparation using various espresso machines.
Work efficiently at the front counter while providing excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and a neat appearance in the work area.
Train and support staff in coffee preparation and service.
Engage with guests and handle customer complaints professionally.
Participate in regular training and meetings to enhance service and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Experience with coffee preparation and a strong understanding of various coffee types.
Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
A friendly and positive attitude towards guest service.
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.

• Keeping the truck clean, organized, and tidy.
• Handling the POS system and orders.

Job Details

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
• Off Days: 1 day per week.
•Location: Dammam.
