Join NAPCO as a Production Operator!
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our production team in Dammam, Eastern province. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our production team in Dammam, Eastern province. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate necessary documents before job start-up to reduce downtime and ensure consistency.
- Operate machinery following work instructions for safety and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and seek support as needed.
- Perform quality inspections using self-inspection sheets and provide samples for QC approval.
- Report any quality defects to QC and maintain clear communication with the team leaders.
- Request maintenance support when required.
- Assign tasks to Helpers to maintain organization and uphold 5S practices.
- Complete daily production reports for documentation and tracking.
- Generate product and pallet labels ensuring accuracy in details.
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
- Implement health and safety procedures at all times.
- Attend all company training sessions and actively participate in OH&S activities.
- Report any unsafe acts or conditions immediately.
- Ensure all safety precautions are observed before commencing work.
- Utilize provided PPE and inspect tools and equipment before use.
- Work in good health and report any health issues to management.
