Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the next job according to Factory job ticket and MPCC.
• Troubleshoot any problems and report major issues to the team leader.
• Ensure quality control with samples and manage machine parameters accordingly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the machine and premises.
• Engage in health and safety procedures and adhere to NAPCO-IFP safety standards.
• Participate in OH&S activities and attend required safety meetings.
• Conduct inspections of tools and equipment before use, ensuring all safety precautions are in place.

Required Skills:

• Ability to control operations of equipment or systems effectively.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes and quality control techniques.
• Capable of lifting up to 15 Kgs and adjusting machine controls precisely.
