Position SummaryThe Senior Service Sales Engineer will be pivotal in developing, selling, and managing aftermarket services related to electrical power distribution and critical power infrastructure, particularly in mission-critical environments such as data centers and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Sales & Revenue Ownership: Drive revenue growth through the sale of preventive maintenance, installation, and modernization services.
- Technical & Commercial Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technically accurate proposals and support negotiations.
- Internal Support & Collaboration: Act as a primary interface between customers and internal teams, enhancing service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Forecasting & Executive Reporting: Maintain accurate tracking of opportunities and customer activity, providing regular performance reports.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
- 7–10+ years of experience in electrical service sales, particularly in mission-critical environments.
- Advanced understanding of electrical systems, compliance standards (NFPA, OSHA), and modernization methodologies.
MiscellaneousAbility to lift 10-20 lbs and travel 40–60% regionally as required. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
