We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential in supporting project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, quality standards, safety compliance, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to achieve successful project completion.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is essential in supporting project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, quality standards, safety compliance, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to achieve successful project completion.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Project Planning: Assist in developing project schedules, defining project scope, and allocating resources efficiently.
- Budget Management: Monitor project costs, review invoices, and control project expenses effectively.
- Team Coordination: Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, and actively participate in site meetings.
- Quality Control: Support site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and national codes.
- Health & Safety: Assist in enforcing safety practices and report incidents as per Saudi regulations.
- Progress Reporting: Track and report daily and weekly project progress to stakeholders.
- Risk & Issue Management: Help identify potential delays or risks and escalate issues as necessary.
- Client Liaison: Coordinate updates and follow-up actions with clients and other project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in construction coordination or site support roles.
- Knowledge of project management tools (*, MS Project or Primavera).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with Dammam municipality and construction compliance is an advantage.
