Job Title: HVAC & Refrigeration Technician / AC Technician

Location: Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia

Industry: Facility Management / MEP / Construction

About the Role: As an HVAC & Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role is essential for ensuring efficient and uninterrupted operations across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, split ACs, package units, chillers, FCUs, AHUs, and refrigeration units.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on AC and refrigeration equipment.
  • Diagnose system faults, leaks, electrical issues, and mechanical failures.
  • Carry out gas charging, vacuuming, and pressure testing.
  • Ensure proper functioning of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and controls.
  • Read and interpret HVAC drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
  • Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with company SOPs and local regulations.

Qualifications:
  • ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or relevant trade.
  • Technical certification in HVAC/Refrigeration is an advantage.

Experience:
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as HVAC / Refrigeration / AC Technician.
  • Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or facility management projects preferred.
  • GCC experience is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Knowledge of refrigerants, tools, and safety practices.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • معالجة طلبات الصيانة من جميع الأقسام.
  • ضمان تنظيف الروتين لوحدات المروحة ومرشحات وحدات معالجة الهواء.
  • التعاون مع جميع زملاء الهندسة لاكتشاف أعطال أنظمة التكييف والتبريد.
  • إعادة بناء معدات وأنظمة التكييف/التبريد.

المؤهلات والخبرة:
من المثالي أن يكون لديك دبلوم في صيانة أنظمة التبريد أو في هندسة خدمات المباني مع خبرة سابقة في دور مشابه ومعرفة مثبتة في تشغيل وصيانة المعدات. يعتبر إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية والقدرة على العثور على الأعطال وإصلاح الأنظمة الفرعية أمراً أساسياً.
