Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the General Manager/Area General Manager to address key property issues, including project management and customer service.
- Assist in developing achievable hotel budgets and strategic goals.
- Provide strong leadership to the hotel management team to ensure performance targets are met.
- Respond to audits ensuring continual improvement.
- Plan and coordinate service delivery across all operational departments.
- Manage costs effectively and analyze results.
- Oversee the development of department heads for career progression within the hotel.
- Seek guest feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings with the Heads of Departments.
Requirements:- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in Food and Beverage or Rooms Management.
- Experience managing budgets and revenue proposals.
- In-depth knowledge of the hotel or leisure sector.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience.
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of hotel property management systems.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
