نظرة عامة:
المحاسب المسؤول عن النفقات الرأسمالية (CapEx) وسجل الأصول الثابتة سيلعب دورًا حيويًا في إدارة وتتبع استثمارات الشركة في الأصول الرأسمالية. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة إشرافًا على عملية النفقات الرأسمالية بالكامل، بما في ذلك التسجيل والتتبع والتقارير عن الأصول الثابتة، بالإضافة إلى ضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحاسبية. تشمل الدور أيضًا الحفاظ على سجل الأصول الثابتة وإجراء التسويات الدورية والمساعدة في إعداد الميزانيات والتنبؤ بالنفقات الرأسمالية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • إدارة النفقات الرأسمالية (CapEx): الإشراف على تسجيل وتتبع النفقات الرأسمالية وفقًا لسياسات الشركة.
  • المساعدة في إعداد وتحليل الميزانيات الرأسمالية، والعمل بشكل وثيق مع الأقسام ذات الصلة لضمان توافق خطط CapEx مع أهداف الشركة.
  • مراجعة والتحقق من طلبات النفقات الرأسمالية.
  • إعداد تقارير تفصيلية عن النفقات الرأسمالية.
إدارة سجل الأصول الثابتة:
  • الحفاظ على تحديث سجل الأصول الثابتة.
  • ضمان تصنيف الأصول الرأسمالية بشكل صحيح وتتبعها.
  • تتبع وتسجيل الاستهلاك للأصول الثابتة.
الاستهلاك والإطفاء:
  • حساب وتسجيل الاستهلاك والإطفاء الشهري.
  • المساعدة في إعداد التقارير للبيانات المالية المتعلقة بالاستهلاك الأصول.
دعم التدقيق والامتثال:
  • المساعدة في التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
  • ضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية والضريبية.
شراء الأصول الثابتة والتخلص منها:
  • إدارة عملية شراء ونقل والتخلص من الأصول الثابتة.
رأس المال للتكاليف:
  • ضمان تخصيص جميع التكاليف الرأسمالية بشكل صحيح.
التقارير والتحليل:
  • إعداد التقارير الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية.
تحسينات النظام والعمليات:
  • المساعدة في التحسين المستمر للعملية.

المتطلبات
  • التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • الخبرة: 02 سنوات من الخبرة في المحاسبة أو المالية.
  • المهارات والكفاءات: فهم قوي لمبادئ المحاسبة.
  • السمات الشخصية: مستوى عالٍ من النزاهة والاحترافية والسرية.

Role Overview:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience with inventory reconciliation processes.
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Knowledge of steel, aluminum, and hardware components is a big plus.
  • Experience in logistics and transportation is advantageous.
