Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Business Development: Develop and implement corporate financing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
Financing Management and Performance Execution: Lead the corporate financing team to achieve set objectives and monitor portfolio growth.
Risk, Compliance, and Credit Governance: Ensure all financing activities comply with regulations and assess clients’ financial stability.
Leadership and Team Development: Motivate and develop the corporate financing team to reach high performance.
Reporting and Market Analysis: Prepare periodic reports on financing performance for senior management.

Specifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and exceptional communication skills.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

التخطيط المالي، الميزانية والتوقعات: تطوير خطط مالية طويلة الأجل، وميزانيات، وتوقعات متماشية مع استراتيجية الأعمال. مراقبة الأداء المالي وتقديم رؤى عن الفروقات للإدارة. تقييم هياكل الإيرادات والهامش لضمان الربحية المخططة.
تقديم المشورة لنمو الأعمال والدعم: تحديد الفرص لتحسين الهامش والتكاليف. تقديم التحليل في الوقت المناسب لدعم المبادرات الاستراتيجية واتخاذ القرار.
إدارة الإيرادات والائتمان والحسابات المستحقة: مراقبة سلامة الإيرادات، والتعرض الائتماني، ومخاطر رأس المال العامل. ضمان فعالية عمليات الفوترة والحفاظ على ضوابط الائتمان.
إغلاق نهاية الشهر ونهاية السنة: ضمان تقديم التقارير المالية في الوقت المناسب والاستجابة لاستفسارات أصحاب المصلحة.
إدارة الامتثال والرقابة: الحفاظ على ضوابط داخلية فعالة ودعم عمليات التدقيق.

المؤهلات:

درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة.
8 إلى 9 سنوات من الخبرة.
الشهادات المهنية مثل ACA، CIMA، أو ACCA تعتبر ميزة.
