About the Accountant Role

شركة مرابع للاستثمار is seeking an experienced Accountant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional to manage financial documentation, oversee revenue collection, and accurately record accounting entries. The role is suitable for individuals with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

The Accountant will be responsible for a range of financial tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance. Key duties include:

• Preparing and organizing disbursement documents.
• Following up on revenue collection and ensuring proper documentation.
• Preparing and posting accounting entries for all financial transactions.
• Auditing bank accounts and performing necessary reconciliations.
• Preparing and maintaining reports and documents related to expenses and revenues.
• Auditing financial claims to ensure legal and financial completeness.
• Monitoring current and capital expenditures against budget items on a monthly basis.
• Preparing the financial position statements and monthly summaries.
• Preparing and organizing annual closing accounts.
• Developing and improving accounting methods and procedures.
• Keeping pace with scientific and technical developments in the accounting field.
• Preparing specialized documents and reports in expense and revenue accounting and saving them in the relevant database.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess the following:

• A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Specific experience in hotel revenues is required.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires the individual to be physically present at the company's location in Riyadh.
