About the Analyst Role at HDR

HDR is seeking an Analyst to join their team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support more senior consultants within HDR's Advisory Services. Your primary duties will involve assisting with research, analysis, and documentation under the direct supervision of practice leadership. You will conduct research using various methods, including internet searches, and assist with qualitative and quantitative analyses related to operational and business management changes and their potential impacts. Additionally, you will help prepare written reports, client presentations, and compile marketing materials. Quality assurance and quality control tasks, such as fact-checking and proofreading, will also be part of your responsibilities. You will confer with managers to gather information and interpret policies and procedures relevant to change options, and perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is required. A proactive, self-starter attitude is essential. A commitment to actively participating in HDR's employee-owned culture is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Organizational and Task Management

The ability to effectively organize and complete multiple tasks within a schedule-sensitive environment is crucial for success in this position. This involves prioritizing workload and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and project requirements.
