About Catchers Agency and the Role

Catchers Agency is seeking a full-time Art Director to join its team in Riyadh. This leadership position requires 5-10 years of experience and is central to guiding the agency's creative output. The Art Director will lead the design team and drive the creative vision for all client campaigns and agency-produced content.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Art Director is responsible for ensuring visual consistency across all projects and approving creative deliverables before they are presented to clients. This role involves close coordination with Client Relations and Influencer Relations teams to ensure creative strategies align with campaign objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and visual direction for all client campaigns and agency content.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the design team, including graphic designers and motion designers, assigning and reviewing their work.
• Review and approve all creative deliverables prior to client submission.
• Coordinate with Client Relations and Influencer Relations to ensure creative output aligns with campaign strategy and client expectations.
• Set and maintain visual and brand standards across all agency output.
• Present creative concepts and campaign visuals to clients and senior leadership.
• Manage creative timelines and resource allocation across concurrent projects.
• Stay current with design and luxury/lifestyle industry trends to maintain the agency’s competitive creative edge.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience leading a design team within an agency setting (branding, advertising, or influencer marketing).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-level creative direction across social, digital, and print platforms.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with motion/video principles is a plus.
• Experience with luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate and defend creative decisions to clients and leadership.
• Ability to work methodically and manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines.
