Beetleware is actively seeking an experienced Asset Manager – CMDB to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, 12-month onsite contract position, offering an opportunity to contribute to critical IT infrastructure management in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Asset Manager – CMDB will play a pivotal role in overseeing the organization's IT assets and the Configuration Management Database. This position is central to maintaining accurate asset records, ensuring robust CMDB governance, and facilitating the efficient lifecycle management of all IT components. The successful candidate will contribute to operational excellence by upholding data integrity and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Implement and oversee CMDB governance frameworks, data quality initiatives, and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
• Administer the full lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement and deployment to maintenance and eventual disposal.
• Collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication on asset management practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-8 years of direct, hands-on experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and CMDB.
• Demonstrated practical experience with ServiceNow CMDB or similar ITSM platforms.
• Strong foundational understanding of ITIL principles and Configuration Management best practices.
• Proven experience in managing CMDB governance, ensuring data quality, conducting audits, and overseeing asset lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of ITIL certification.
• Possession of ServiceNow certification.

Work Environment and Contract Details

This is a full-time, 12-month onsite contract position. The role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring a dedicated presence at the company's facilities.
