About the Associate Manager, Commercial Development Role

Nestlé is seeking a results-oriented Associate Manager for Commercial Development to drive the growth and execution of its Out of Home (OOH) channel strategy. This full-time position, based in Jeddah, focuses on developing commercial plans, managing strategic B2B partnerships, and accelerating growth within the coffee and beverage categories. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to achieve sustainable business growth, maximize profitability, and strengthen market position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Out of Home/Food Service channel.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key B2B customers and business partners.
  • Drive category growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Achieve volume, revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and pricing strategies.
  • Manage budgets, promotional activations, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze commercial performance, sales mix, market trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop route-to-market strategies to optimize channel performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of commercial plans.
  • Prepare business reviews, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of commercial or sales experience.
  • Proven experience within the Out of Home (OOH) or Food Service channel.
  • Strong B2B sales and/or marketing experience, including account management, negotiations, contract management, budgeting, and commercial activations.
  • Experience with Brand Building.
  • Experience within the coffee or hot beverages category is highly preferred.

Technical Skills and Attributes

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (*, Salesforce, SAP).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • An entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Jeddah. The role involves working cross-functionally within the organization and requires travel as needed to fulfill responsibilities.
