About the Role

Bayut KSA, a leading property portal in the Kingdom and part of Dubizzle Group, is seeking a Manager - Sales Development for its operations in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to driving sales operations, fostering developer relationships, and delivering comprehensive customer solutions within the real estate sector. The role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in real estate sales enablement, project management, and mortgage advisory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize sales operations to support business growth and enhance conversion rates.
  • Manage and develop relationships with real estate developers to ensure effective collaboration and business alignment.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions to facilitate mortgage and financing solutions for clients.
  • Manage stakeholders across departments including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and support functions.
  • Oversee product management and coordinate with the Tech department for CRM and other product enhancements.
  • Improve operational efficiencies by understanding and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage project execution throughout the sales lifecycle to ensure timely strategy implementation and achievement of sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), market trends, and performance analytics to senior leadership.
  • Develop and present sales strategies based on data analysis to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct analyses of the sales team and developers to provide insights for stakeholders and guide business improvements.
  • Research and analyze competitor activities to inform company structure and operational enhancements.
  • Mentor and manage cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer experience strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is considered an advantage.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in key account management, business development, or B2B sales, preferably within the real estate industry or a similar sector.
  • A strong understanding of partner/channel sales models and client service dynamics.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities.
