About the Role

Gravity Engineering Services is seeking an experienced Auth & Fraud Consultant to join a project supporting a leading bank's Credit Cards business. This contract role is based in Riyadh and focuses on optimizing authorization performance, fraud controls, and overall portfolio health.

Role Context and Objectives

The primary objective of this role is to enhance the efficiency and security of credit card operations. The consultant will be instrumental in improving authorization approval rates, minimizing false declines, and strengthening fraud prevention measures. This position requires close collaboration with various internal departments and external partners to drive data-informed strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize card authorization strategies to improve approval rates.
• Analyze authorization declines and implement measures to reduce false declines.
• Monitor fraud trends and enhance existing fraud prevention controls.
• Collaborate effectively with Cards, Risk, Fraud, and Operations teams.
• Develop MIS dashboards and comprehensive portfolio performance reports.
• Drive data-driven insights to support business and fraud optimization initiatives.
• Engage with Mastercard and other internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure the implementation of best practices.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in the banking sector, with a focus on cards issuing, authorization, and fraud management.
• Extensive experience in Credit Card Authorization & Fraud Management is mandatory.
• Familiarity with fraud and authorization platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SAMA regulations and GCC/KSA fraud trends is preferred.

This is a contract position located in Riyadh. The role requires a dedicated professional to contribute to critical banking operations.
