About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting project teams in the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the BIM Manager in implementing BIM strategies, execution plans, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards, including ISO 19650 and Employer's Requirements.
• Evaluate and manage BIM deliverables such as models, schedules, registers, and reports for accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection, identify conflicts, and coordinate with stakeholders for effective issue resolution.
• Provide technical support for BIM tools, workflows, and processes to project teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate coordination among project stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and integration of BIM deliverables.
• Assist in maintaining the Common Data Environment (CDE) and collaboration platforms for proper data management and accessibility.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to discuss BIM-related issues and provide progress updates.
• Support project teams by providing training and guidance on BIM processes, tools, and standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure projects (*, railways, airports, buildings, utilities).
• Proven track record of managing BIM workflows across multiple disciplines and throughout the project lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with BIM software, including Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Revizto, and ACC.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, modeling principles, and data management practices.
• Expertise in clash detection, model coordination, and issue resolution.
• In-depth understanding of construction workflows, design coordination, and engineering systems.

Desired Skills

• Professional certifications in BIM, such as Revit Certified Professional, are advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to build effective relationships with project delivery teams, clients, and contractors under pressure.
• Strong analytical skills for developing reports and presentations.
• Experience in infrastructure projects, particularly in transportation, utilities, or urban development.
• Familiarity with integrating BIM with other digital technologies like GIS.
• Familiarity with BIM platforms, collaborative design tools, and construction management software.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
