About the Role

Efficio is seeking a Capital Projects & Infrastructure Management Consultant to join its growing team in Riyadh. As the world's largest specialist procurement and supply chain consultancy, Efficio drives measurable value for clients through innovative solutions and industry insights. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to significant capital projects and programs within a dynamic consulting environment.

Role Overview

Working within the Capital Projects and Infrastructure (CP&I) team, you will provide advisory services and support the delivery of capital projects and programs. Engagements will involve areas such as procurement and supply chain, commercial advisory, project controls, governance, and business transformation. This role requires leadership, teamwork, and the ability to solve complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Commercial and Procurement leaders to develop solutions for capital project and program delivery.
• Review and optimize operating models, systems, processes, and ways of working.
• Identify cost transformation opportunities and develop strategies to achieve benefits.
• Manage the collection and analysis of client data to inform recommended solutions.
• Manage client stakeholder relationships, securing buy-in and influencing outcomes.
• Plan and implement agreed strategies to achieve targeted outcomes in both advisory and delivery capacities.
• Communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.
• Contribute to the development of methodologies, thought leadership, and intellectual capital.
• Participate in the recruitment process for junior consultants.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities, comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in complex challenges within a management consultancy or a relevant industry position is expected. A strong academic background is also required. While not mandatory, fluency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
