About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the Trade Marketing Manager in executing category and product planograms, in-store and outdoor branding, POSM deployment, and in-store promotion activities. The primary objective is to contribute to overall sales growth and profitability for Almarai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and implementation of merchandising planograms across the sales region.
  • Organize, explore, and review regional events, including school, corporate, and special activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all merchandising requirements are met for excellence.
  • Coordinate and manage the rollout of marketing initiatives with local agencies.
  • Liaise with sales and merchandising teams to develop and agree on implementation plans for store-specific projects.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG marketing or sales promotions.
  • Previous or current experience in a trade marketing category.
  • Familiarity with marketing campaigns and handling SKUs (Stock Keeping Units).
  • Experience in category management.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • High level of numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Effective influencing and negotiating abilities.
  • Ability to deliver results within required deadlines.
  • Capacity to work effectively within a team.

Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a hybrid model, combining office-based tasks with on-field activities. The position is based in Riyadh.
