The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor (Sales) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves assisting the Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating the implementation of effective category and product planograms, in-store and outdoor branding, Point of Sale Materials (POSM), and in-store promotion activities. The primary objective is to collaborate with the Regional Sales team to deliver overall increased sales growth and profit for Almarai.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and review merchandising planograms and their implementation across the designated sales region.
• Engage with other departments to ensure all merchandising requirements are considered for achieving merchandising excellence.
• Explore, organize, and review all regional events, including school, corporate, and special activities.
• Coordinate and roll out initiatives with local agencies and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with the sales and merchandising team on all confirmed store-specific projects to create and agree upon implementation plans.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in trade marketing or a related sales support function.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic and established food and beverage manufacturing environment.
