About the Role

WD is seeking a Professional Copywriter to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to crafting compelling advertising copy that drives engagement and conversions for our rapidly growing technology institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate complex ideas into strong, high-converting sales copy for advertising campaigns and social media platforms.
• Develop direct-response copy designed to prompt immediate and direct actions (CTAs) from the target audience.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to design and A/B test campaign headlines, optimizing ad performance to increase Click-Through Rates (CTR) and reduce Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC).
• Maintain the brand voice across all sales and marketing channels, ensuring consistency, persuasiveness, and rapid trust-building with consumers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven and progressive work experience of 5 to 8 years as a professional copywriter within advertising agencies.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating tangible sales and conversion achievements.
• Exceptional understanding of consumer psychology, including the ability to craft compelling marketing offers and translate technical features into direct, benefits-driven copy for the customer.
• Native and fluent proficiency in Arabic (with the ability to write in simplified Modern Standard Arabic or an appealing white dialect), alongside excellent command of English for regional campaign understanding and writing.
