About the Customer Care Specialist Role

Manafa, a prominent financial technology (Fintech) platform based in Riyadh, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist. As one of Saudi Arabia's pioneering platforms in financing and investment, Manafa provides investors with diverse short-term investment opportunities and offers various financing solutions for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of Manafa's customer success operations.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Customer Care Specialist will play a key role in customer success and support, contributing to account management functions to improve Manafa's backend customer service operations. This involves managing customer interactions across multiple channels and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through SAMA care, phone, email, live chat, and social media, focusing on efficient and smooth interactions.
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service to clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and engagement.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall customer service performance standards.
  • Understand client needs and provide comprehensive support.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements in developing customer service systems and appropriately manage official customer complaints to regulators.
  • Follow up on and resolve client complaints effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the foundational qualifications and experience necessary to excel in a customer-facing position within the fintech industry.

  • Graduates with 0-1 years of experience in the Financial or Technology industry.
