About STC Services and the Role

STC Services is a growing technology services organization focused on delivering reliable, client-centered solutions across a range of digital and IT domains. We are seeking a Digital Channels Solution Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a full-time, on-site position.

Role Overview

The Digital Channels Solution Architect is responsible for designing, documenting, and overseeing the end-to-end architecture for various digital channels. This includes platforms such as web, mobile, and self-service, ensuring all solutions align with business goals and established technology standards.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable architectural solutions.
Define effective integration patterns with various back-end systems.
Select appropriate tools and frameworks to support digital channel development.
Work closely with development and operations teams to guide solution implementation.
Review technical designs to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
Create and maintain comprehensive architectural blueprints and documentation.
Conduct thorough impact and feasibility assessments for proposed solutions.
Support the continuous improvement of digital channel capabilities and processes.

Required Experience and Skills

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant architectural or solution design role.
Proven ability to design and oversee end-to-end architecture for digital channels (web, mobile, self-service).
Strong understanding of integration patterns, tools, and frameworks for digital solutions.
Experience in collaborating with product owners, business analysts, development, and operations teams.
Proficiency in reviewing technical designs and ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
