About the Role

Coefficient Alliances & Ventures (Coefftalent) is seeking a Digital Marketing & Campaign Lead for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role supports a client, a global leader in the Cards & Payments industry, currently engaged with a leading bank in Jeddah. The primary objective is to drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth through end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on cards and retail banking products.

The position combines hands-on delivery, performance marketing, and data-driven optimization to support broader client growth initiatives.

Campaign Strategy and Delivery

The Digital Marketing & Campaign Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. Key activities include:

  • Designing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns across ATL, TTL, and digital channels.
  • Leading cards acquisition and product growth campaigns.
  • Defining targeting strategies through segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Supporting go-to-market activities for both new and existing products.

Performance Marketing and Optimization

This role involves managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels, focusing on measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing campaigns across paid search (Google Ads), display, programmatic channels, and social media platforms.
  • Tracking and improving key metrics such as customer acquisition, conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on marketing investment (ROMI).

Media Planning and Budget Management

The lead will oversee media planning and budget allocation to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution. This includes:

  • Developing and managing media plans and budget allocation.
  • Optimizing spend across channels to maximize performance.
  • Coordinating with external media and creative agencies as required.

Data Analysis and Stakeholder Collaboration

A critical aspect of the role is leveraging data to inform and refine marketing efforts, alongside effective collaboration with internal and external partners. Key tasks include:

  • Monitoring campaign performance and producing actionable insights.
  • Conducting A/B testing and experimentation to drive continuous optimization.
  • Delivering comprehensive campaign performance reporting and dashboards.
  • Collaborating with product and cards business teams, sales and distribution teams, and external partners and vendors.
  • Supporting alignment between marketing campaigns and broader business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess a strong background in digital marketing and campaign management, with specific industry experience preferred:

  • 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and campaign management.
  • Experience in banking, fintech, or cards marketing is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
    • Social media advertising platforms.
    • Media buying and planning.
    • Customer acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience with:
    • Campaign optimization.
    • Audience targeting and segmentation.
    • Marketing analytics and reporting.
