About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director - Development Financial Analysis to join its team in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to guiding the company's development initiatives through expert financial analysis and project evaluation.

Role Overview

The Director - Development Financial Analysis will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive financial assessments for various development projects. This includes conducting feasibility studies and developing financial models. The role involves leading a team to ensure that all investments are strategically sound and financially viable, aligning with Qiddiya's long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage financial analysis and planning for all development projects, including financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
Conduct in-depth feasibility studies to assess the financial viability of proposed initiatives.
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather necessary data for effective financial planning and analysis.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Identify financial risks associated with development projects and propose mitigating solutions.
Enhance financial processes, tools, and methodologies used for analysis to improve overall efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor market trends and best practices in financial analysis related to development and real estate.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of 12-16 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on the development or real estate sectors.
Proven expertise in conducting financial modeling, feasibility assessments, and investment analysis.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
