About the Role

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Quality Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is critical for a leading international contractor engaged in a major building construction project. The successful candidate will focus on medium, low, and extra-low voltage systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the effectiveness of the Project Quality System.
• Discuss any necessary specification concessions with the Assistant QA/QC Manager prior to formal submission to Qiddiya.
• Report any activities found to be out-of-specification to the QA/QC Manager for appropriate action.
• Oversee the execution of external and internal testing schedules and review test results for compliance.
• Monitor the quality of sub-contractor works in accordance with project specifications and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Quality Engineer on major building construction projects within Saudi Arabia.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical Standards and Codes Expertise

Candidates must demonstrate familiarity and experience with the following codes and standards:

• National Electrical Code (NEC/NFPA 70), IEC Standards, or equivalent international standards.
• Building Systems, Control Systems, and Infrastructure Systems.
• Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards, specifications, and project requirements for SEC scope works.
• North American and International Telecommunications Standards.
• BICSI Telecommunications Distribution Methods Manual (TDMM).
• National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and other relevant electrical safety standards.
• Applicable fire alarm, lightning protection, ELV, ICT, security, audiovisual (AV), and building management system (BMS) standards and codes.

Work Context

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a large-scale building construction project environment, requiring close collaboration with project management and site teams to ensure all electrical installations meet stringent quality benchmarks.
