About the Role

Loyal Partners is seeking an Executive Director to lead a confidential, independent academy specializing in the retail sector. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requires a visionary leader with a passion for driving organizational growth and developing national talent. The Executive Director will be responsible for the academy's strategic direction, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall operations and strategic execution of the Academy.
Develop and implement the Academy's strategic and operational plans.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with government entities and private sector organizations.
Oversee the development of training programs and professional certifications aligned with labor market needs.
Manage the relationship and performance of the operating company.
Drive financial sustainability, revenue growth, and budget management.
Ensure strong governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization.
Represent the Academy with key stakeholders and industry partners.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Management is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in training management or educational academies, preferably within the retail and wholesale sector.
Demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives and organizational transformation.
