Role Overview

Fircroft is recruiting for a Facilities Services Manager specializing in Hard Services to join a leading Facilities Management company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading Hard Services operations, ensuring effective delivery of MEP maintenance services, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Core Operational Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all Hard Services Operations, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance.
  • Lead site mobilization activities, including technical assessments, site surveys, and mobilization planning.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintenance strategies.
  • Manage preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance programs to ensure optimal asset performance.
  • Oversee project handover activities, including Snag Management and Defects Liability Period (DLP) closeout.

Leadership and Performance Management

  • Ensure compliance with contractual KPIs, SLAs, health & safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct technical audits, inspections, and compliance reviews to ensure service excellence.
  • Prepare technical reports, maintenance performance reports, and operational improvement plans.
  • Lead and mentor technical teams while ensuring efficient resource planning and workforce productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Education and Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Facilities Management, with a preference for managing large-scale commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong expertise in Hard Services Operations and MEP maintenance.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

  • Proven experience conducting Site Surveys, technical due diligence, and preparing mobilization plans.
  • Strong knowledge of Snag Management, Defects Liability Period (DLP), and project handover processes.
  • Hands-on experience developing, implementing, and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • A strong background in mobilization, service delivery, preventive and corrective maintenance, KPI & SLA management, compliance, technical audits, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Regional Preference

GCC experience is highly preferred, with Saudi Arabia experience considered a strong advantage for this role in Riyadh.
